I’ve been on my own personal ancestral healing journey for 7 years now, where nothing has been more rewarding than the harvest of deep ancestral resolution. It used to feel like I was fighting against my Destiny, not quite fully able to choose it.

The Ancestral Healing I practice is rooted in the transformative therapeutic modality known as Family Constellations, and infused with Neurolinguistic Hypnotherapy. It is essentially an experiential demonstration of what research has found as Epigenetics.
Trauma and emotions can be shared and inherited trans-generationally. Much of the energetic blueprint of our consciousness is comprised of inherited imprints—an amalgamation of those who came before us.
As we bring attention to these inherited aspects of ourselves, we create opportunities to bring conscious awareness to that which is unconscious, and transform it.
In this, we often find resolutions for lifelong—and often ancestral—patterns, beliefs, behaviors and chronic conditions. This directly influences relationships, finance, addiction, health, etc.
As we deepen our connection to our ancestors, we connect to the lifetimes of wisdom embedded within us.

Family Constellations was created by German Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. It is ultimately an embodiment practice that includes physical and verbal acknowledgments and healing phrases to restore right balance and relieve emotional burdens within the system. This specifically is a 1-on-1 approach, there will be no group dynamic as is typical for in-person constellations.

Zoom Sessions will be roughly 90 minutes. Expect to make proper space before sessions to ground and afterwards to integrate. You will receive recordings of sessions to download and revisit any time along your journey.
