You’re not totally living in alignment.
→ There’s currently a mismatch between who you are and who you are being in your daily life.
→ There’s a gap between where you presently are and where you want to be. You know the end goal, but have a hard time knowing what steps to take to get you there.
You’re watching your life pass you by while you live on autopilot, as the ticking clock and unexpressed potential creates a knot in your stomach.

But there’s old, self-sabotaging patterns stemming from subconscious blocks that you’re having a hard time breaking out of. You’ve tried to “think” your way out of them, you’ve read the books, you listen to the podcasts, you’ve taken online courses, yet still, you’re behavior isn’t changing.
